Decrease those symptoms that are getting in the way
Sadness, lack of energy, panic attacks, and worrisome thoughts all can show up,
making everyday life hard or even impossible.
The good news is depression and anxiety are treatable.
I help women who are busy helping others, either at home or at work, decrease their anxiety so that they can feel good about how they show up and what they have to offer the people they serve.
Over and over, I hear women being overwhelmed, anxious, unmotivated, sad, and depressed because they are stressed out, have a zillion things to keep track of, and want to serve people well, yet feel like they are “blowing it” more than getting it right. Sound familiar?
Worry, self-doubt, and negative self-talk are taking a toll, leading to restless nights and anxious thoughts. You fear you are dropping balls and are certain you are letting others down.
This affects your energy and contribution to the people you serve in your work or the ministry you lead. You feel like the people you care about the most (children, partners, family) are getting the leftovers.
You know you can be better, but you have trouble finding the path to regain your confidence.
Here is the good news! Everything good in you is still there! We just need to find it again. I can help you find ways to decrease those symptoms that are getting in the way, learn to trust yourself again, and be confident in all you have to offer your people
Students: I got you too!
You need a private place away from home to talk about what is going on. Are your friendships or family relationships feeling stressful? Are you in a dating relationship that is not going well? Are you worried about your future?
The pressures and worries of trying to be a good student, have a social life, work, save money, follow your parents' rules, and keep up with social media are a lot! A lack of confidence, anxiety, and low motivation can get in the way. Isolation can happen, and then you feel even more overwhelmed.
I have raised two daughters, so I get it!
These years are supposed to be filled with fun, learning, growing, and exploring. I would love to help you find this again.
