Lori Rasmussen is a Licensed Independent Social Worker and a Certified Spiritual Director based in Waterloo, and she meets online with women and female students living anywhere in Iowa. Small towns, farmsteads, college apartments, busy households. If you are in Iowa, you can be in the room.
You will get a secure video link before your session. All you need is a private place to sit and a little time that belongs to you.
When does online counseling fit best?
- The nearest counselor who feels like a fit is hours away.
- You are a student with class, work and very little margin.
- Naptime or the school day is the only quiet hour you have.
- Winter roads, a long commute or health make driving hard.

What can we work on in online counseling?
